Charles Pappas offers a wide variety of residential shingle options. Most Clients choose from a choice of GAF and Owens Corning standard and desginer dimensional shingles with warrantees ranging from 25 - 40 years.

specialized roofers, always removes old shingles and underlayment, installs double
protection in roofing valleys and eave edges, provides necessary ventilation, and installs
shingles with air-driven galvanized nails. Pappas only removes the amount of old roofing that can be replaced that day, alleviating the possibility of a roof leak should a storm occur during the roofing project. Most residential projects are completed within 1 - 3 days with no clean-up left for the homeowner. Pappas representatives assist prospective clients in the complete design process while working within the clients budget. Pappas offers this service at no charge or obligation. Pappas can also arrange low monthly payment financing through a variety of lending institutions. |
